The Auda Platform
Welcome to Auda
Hello, and thank you for your interest in our platform. We are a group of experimented developers who also happen to be lifelong audiophiles, producers and sound engineers. We have been working in the audio industry for decades, we know its ins and outs, and have been extensively using all the available tools and platforms available in the field.
We, amongst most of the audio creators out there (music, podcasts...) have been been struggling with all the pain points this industry has that makes it bitter for anyone to make the best work and share creations with the world... Instead of giving up the medium that we love so much, to allow both creators and listeners to thrive and to allow high quality creations to flourish, we decided to take on this task ourselves, and create Auda, the Audio Arcadia, where people can get the maximum value out of their creations and their records collection.
We are at your service. If you need any support, new functions on Auda, or want to give us remarks, We'll be happy to be on your side.
See you in a bit,
- The Auda Team.
What is Auda?

Auda is an audio platform where you can , our unique Audio RWAs (Real World Assets). For listeners, it's the ultimate virtual record experience with master-quality sound and personalized features. For artists, it's a platform that simplifies creation, builds direct connections with fans, and pays up to 100x more than streaming.
More than just a platform, Auda is a community. We're bringing back the value of music and records, lost to algorithms, fleeting trends, and social media. With customizable, ownable Cloud Records, featuring options like autographs and exclusive content, Auda is redefining how we experience and support audio.
Designed to be simple and intuitive, Auda uses cutting-edge technology to make music more meaningful—for listeners and creators alike.
What are Cloud Records?

Consider them as CDs, but in the virtual world (you can call them CRs). They are what Auda is all about, and one of our goals is to push this concept to the limit. Just like in the real world, they are audio units that are:
• Unique. Every Cloud Record is a one-of-a-kind creation with its own ID. When you own one, it's uniquely yours—forever.
• Master Quality. No compression. No treatment. Cloud Records have the best audio quality in the world. And of course, if bandwidth is a concern, hi, medium, and low-quality options are also available.
• Customizable. Every Cloud Record has its own 3D model and aesthetics that the artists and creators design with care, just for you.
• Signable. Since they are unique, they can be hand-signed and autographed by your favorite artist.
• Versatile Container. A Cloud Record isn't just audio. It can hold anything: a personal message, exclusive video, concert ticket, or more.
• Blockchain based. Protecting authenticity in a digital age, Cloud Records can be written on the blockchain, preserving rights, proof of history, and safeguarding against AI, fakes, and copycats.
How is it different from classic streaming?
Auda transforms the audio experience in ways that classic streaming platforms simply can't match. Here's how:
• Ownership vs. Access. With streaming, you only access music—it's temporary and shared with millions. In Auda, Cloud Records are unique, ownable digital assets. When you get one, it's yours, with a unique ID that sets it apart from any other copy.
• Quality Without Compromise. Streaming platforms often compress audio for convenience, sacrificing sound quality. Cloud Records deliver master-quality audio, ensuring you hear the music exactly as it was intended, while still offering adaptable quality options for different internet speeds.
• Fair Pay for Artists. Auda values creators. Artists earn up to 100x more per record sold compared to streaming platforms, where they often receive a fraction of a cent per play. By restoring the value of audio, Auda ensures that artists are rewarded for their craft and efforts.
• Customization & Artistry. Cloud Records can be signed and autographed by the artists themselves, adding a personal touch and a direct connection to your favorite creators. Streaming keeps artists at arm's length; Auda brings them closer.
• A Container for Experiences. A Cloud Record is more than just audio. It can include personal messages, videos, concert tickets, or other exclusive content. Streaming platforms offer music, but Auda offers experiences.
• Community Over Algorithms. Streaming relies heavily on algorithms to dictate what you listen to, often reducing music to disposable content. Auda's mission is to restore the value of music and audio, building a community that appreciates the artistry, not just the numbers.
• Blockchain Authenticity. Protecting authenticity in a digital age, Cloud Records can be written on the blockchain, preserving rights, proof of history, and safeguarding against AI, fakes, and copycats.

How do I listen to Audio and Music on Auda?
It is pretty straightforward. Just like other audio platforms, the goal is to search for what you want to listen to, then put the Cloud Record into your collection.

• 3.c. If you tapped on a record, you are now displaying the Release (Release Page) of that record.

You can now access and play your Cloud Record forever in your account's Collection.
Audio Quality
Auda offers four different level of Audio Quality:
• Master Quality: FLAC 24 bits
• High: AAC 320 kbps
• Medium: AAC 160 kbps
• Low: AAC 92 kbps

By default, the audio quality on which you listen to your Audio on Auda is set on "High". To change the audio quality, head over to: Parameters tab > Audio Settings > Audio Quality.
Updating your profile

Auda is also the beginning of the Audio Social Media, which means that your account also has a profile picture and a cover picture to customize, but also an Auda Badge that display your special status on the platform, and that are acquired through specific actions (uploading an amount of Records, be part of the Auda Founders...).
To change your pictures on the Auda apps, head over to Parameters Tab > Account Settings > Change cover / profile picture.
On Auda Studio: on the settings screen, tap either the profile picture or the badge to edit them.
Getting Auda Credits

In order to support the artists to the maximum and avoid huge fees on low-priced records, and for purchases using credit card, Auda functions with a credits system.
To get some Auda Credits to pay for your Cloud Records, head over to the Parameters Tab > Get Auda Credits.
Important note
Please avoid purchasing your credit from iOS devices, as they are subject to the Apple Tax of 30%, meaning artists and creator would lose 30% of their revenue when using these credits. You can purchase Auda Credits without the tax on the Auda web app and the Android app.
In case the user purchased both iOS Credits and normal credits, normal credits will be used in priority.
Listening to your Cloud Records

Once you acquired a Cloud Record, it is sent and kept forever in your Collection. You can enjoy as you would in any audio app by selecting the track you would like to play.
Displaying your records content

The artist or creator might have embed additional content inside of the Cloud Record or autographed it. To display its content (if any) by clicking on the white content bubbles on the bottom right of the artwork.

Uploading your Audio and Music on Auda

Once you have your Auda Membership, uploading audio and music on Auda is very straightforward. Head over to Auda Studio, start creating a Release (Dashboard > Create a new Release), then you can make Cloud Records out of this Release by heading to Dashboard > Create Cloud Records.
First step: create a Master Record

Just like dealing with manufacturing CDs, the first thing we need to do is to create a Master on Auda, which will act as the basis of your record copies.
This Master Record will hold all of the basic information regarding your record, your audios, the authors, the performers... and will be the main object saving your audio/music rights.

Second step: create Cloud Records

Now that you have uploaded your files and created your Master Record / Release, you can make as many Cloud Records as you like from it.
Cloud Records will be copies of your Master Record, that you can customize to your liking and distribute to your audience and fans.

Note
Once created, your Cloud Records will be in your account's Collection until someone buys it or you choose to send it/distribute it through QR Code.
Distributing Cloud Records

One of the core concepts of Auda is to give full control to the creator/artist over the publication process of their records.
In this section, you can control the price, blockchain and privacy.
• Price of one Cloud Record. Self explanatory. By default, the price of one Cloud Record is $2 USD times the number of tracks (for example, a Cloud Record that contains 5 tracks would default to $10 USD). You can also decide to make your Cloud Records free by putting 0 here.
• Number of copies. You can set this to up to 500 per batch. Do not worry about setting your customizations again and again: there will be an "Import Last Settings" button once you create at least one Cloud Record per Master/release.
• Blockchain. Just like with your Master Record, you can decide to use public blockchains (will be rolled out later) to manage the ownership of every single Cloud Record you create.
• Set on public profile? Once you create your Cloud Records, they will be displayed in your public profile by default, i.e. they will be publicly available for anyone to acquire or to buy at the price you have set. If you wish to distribute your Cloud Records privately (in the case of an event or a concert for example), select "No".

If you have decided to distribute your Cloud Records privately, you can either sell or gift any Cloud Record that you have created from your collection by clicking one of the two buttons on the upper right corner of a record screen (Collection > Select a record) of a Cloud Record you created in your Collection, in the iOS and Android apps:

Customizing Cloud Records

Cloud Records are fully fledged virtual records, and we are pushing as far as possible.
In this section you can customize the appearence of Cloud Records you are creating to your liking.
• Record model. You can change the record model here (vinyl, cassette...). Each one has its own properties on Auda (and in real life). More will come later.
• Decoration color. Color of the box, the sides, and the label of the record.
• Record color. The color of the record itself.
• Record brilliance. You can here choose the reflection behavior of your records.
• Ambience. This will change the background scene in which your record model lives. More to come later on Auda.
Signing your Cloud Records

One of the most interesting facets of the Cloud Records is that, as an artist or a creator, you can sign them for your audience.
Note
You can only create one signed Cloud Record per batch. Once a record is signed, the number of copies will be blocked to 1.
• 1. In the editing page of your Cloud Records, in the Add-ons section, click on the "Sign a Cloud Record" button.

Adding additional content to your Cloud Records

Besides signing the Cloud Record, you can add a personal message to your audience, as well as a link/QR Code to any other content you would like to add (video, concert ticket...).
• Personal message. A nice message to your audience can transform your Cloud Record to a personal piece that they will cherish.
• QR Code / Link. You can the link to anything you like. The listener can either open the link through a button or a QR code on his/her end.
Selling Cloud Records

All of the Cloud Records you sell, be it publicly on your profile or privately through QR Codes, will be displayed in the sales section on Auda Studio (Dashboard > Sales)...

... and the total amount of revenue you gathered so far will be in your wallet (Dashboard > Wallet) , under the tab US Dollars.
Getting paid

If you have reached the threshold of $250 USD, to get paid, simply request a cashout by clicking the Cash Out button in your Wallet (Dashboard > Wallet) to get your collected cash, or the Send Crypto to send your collected crypto to another wallet.
Note
In order to get paid, be sure to enter your banking information in Dashboard > Settings > Commerce tab. Also, you have to send us your identification document (passeport or ID) to verify your identity (KYC) before proceeding to bank transfers on Auda.
Depending with which payment method you have collected your revenue, your payment will be processed as follows:
• Fiat payment (US Dollars): As of now, all of the payments will be send manually by us to the creators on the first week of every month. For example, if you have requested a Cash Out on January 17th, you will be receiving your payment the first week of February.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT/MRA) (Coming soon) If you have revenue on your internal wallet, you can make a crypto transfer to another wallet of your choice. Please note that all transfers and payments are made in the Polygon chain.
• External Wallet (USDT/MRA): (Coming soon) If you have opted to link your external crypto wallet (Metamask, Trust Wallet, etc.), all sales payments are automatically routed to the address of the linked wallet at the time of the sale. You do not have to anything, you are already paid. Please note that all transfers and payments are made in the Polygon chain.

To process payments, Auda collects a fee at the time of the sale depending on the payment method:
• Fiat payment (US Dollars): 10%
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): 5%
• Meteora Token (MRA): 0% - Free
